Tangletail smirked.
"That was a bad desicion." She snarled and raced after her kit, running faster than Whitekit. She crossed the SoulClan border and pinned her down with one unsheathed paw. She opened her jaws closer to the kit's neck.
"It's either you join us, or I'll kill you right here and now."

Shatterpaw sprinted next to Tangletail and the kit, tail lashing, watching the kit. There was no way she could escape Tangletail's grip now. Shatterpaw laughed. "Just tell her and get it over with. You know what your answer is going to be. We won't wait any longer."

Whitekit suddenly snarled.
"I'd rather die then join your Clan. So go ahead, kill me, but just remember, you've already lost so much.
Remember your first litter of kits? They all drifted apart. Now you've decided to kill all your second litter. And you won't have Fallenleaves to comfort you. You'll just be on your own, lost in a cold hard shell." She growled.
"Think about it."

"I've thought about it, and I decide to come out of my shell. I've come out. My old, pathetic life with love," She spat at the word. "And I've decided to live like a true leader should. Nothing to stand in her way." She snarled to the kit. "And I'm not going to kill you. You'd make a find warrior of DeathClan someday." She bit down around the kit's chest and picked her up. She started to walk towards the DeathClan Camp.

Tangletail had listened to what she said.
She'd been sure Tangletail would've killed her by now.

She growled when she reached the nursury. She threw her kit in there then growled louder than before.
"Go to sleep." When the kit just looked at her with big eyes, she snarled in her face. "Now!" She turnedto Shatterpaw. "Guard the entrance. I wouldn't want her getting away..."

She waited until she was gone, muttering under her breath, "bitch."
She remembered Blackdeath using the word at the ceremony.

"Psst, Whitekit, come on!" She whispered, climbing out of the rabbit hole.

Shatterpaw listened as the two kits talked about escaping, and she shook her head. Honestly. They just never learn, do they? She stepped inside, and let out a truly fearsome snarl, teeth bared at Stormkit. "Get out of here, SoulCat. Tangletail may have spared Whitekit, but I know she won't spare you." A grin crawled up her face. "And neither will I." Leaping onto the kit, she grabbed Stormkit by the neck and tossed her out of the nursery, where she landed hard on her side. She whirled to Whitekit. "You stay here, and count your lucky stars that you're still alive."

"Fox-dung is right!" She snarled in the kits face, pinned her down with a single paw. Her claws dug into her skin causing some of the kit's blood to fall to the ground.
"Shatterpaw was exactly right. Your life shall not be spared." She growled. "This is what happens when you defy me!"
