Shatterpaw sprinted out of camp and to the fringe of the DeathClan territory into the loner area. She scented the air, and immediately caught the scent of the kit. Winding silently through the trees, she leapt from the shadows and grabbed the kit by the scruff. The kit couldn't do anything, and began shouting. Through the fur, Shatterpaw hissed. "Shut up. Your mother wants to see you. Now. So deal with it." Going as fast as she could back to camp, she arrived with the kit in tow. She tossed the kit on the ground in front of Tangletail. "She's right here."

Tanglestar stared at her kit, slightly amused by her fear.
"Hello, Whitekit." She greeted her as if they had never met before. "I come with a proposition. Either you stay in DeathClan, or I kill you. What sounds better?"

Whitekit hissed at Shatterpaw then turned to Tangletail.
"What do you want?" She asked testily, watching the dead bodies of her brother and sisters.

~leaps and grabs whitekit by the scruff rolling, then unfurling her wings and leaping into the air out of the reach of the others, shifting whitekit to a better position~

Shatterpaw yowled as the Soulcat grabbed Whitekit. "This is our affair, not yours!" She hissed, and leapt into the air. Skypaw was high, but she managed to grab hold of her back paw and drag her back to the ground. Whitekit tumbled out of her hold and the rest of the DeathClan cats watched her, while Shatterpaw pinned Skypaw to the ground. "You have no business here. Leave, now!" Her jaws rested inches from the cat's throat.

Shatterpaw's face broke into a grin. "You should answer because your life is on the line. Either you join our Clan, Tangletail kills you, or you don't answer us and we kill you anyway." Her tail whipped with excitement. "And I love killing, even if it is just a kit."

Shatterpaw grinned. "Fine." She sat down with the other cats as they watched the kit think. Shatterpaw almost hoped she wouldn't join the Clan, just to see Tangletail kill her. Although, it would be nice to have a kit in the Clan, and add to their strength...for Shatterpaw, it was a win-win situation.
