Joysong awoke slightly before dawn. As she stretched in the already warm air, she thought, My first training session... as a mentor, not the apprentice! It seemed just yesterday she was bouncing around happily after a training session with Thornclaw for the first time. Whisperstar had honored her beyond words by making her a mentor at her warrior ceremony. She could not believe it, even now. One last stretch and she padded out into the clearing, and across camp to the apprentice's den. Walking in, she made her way to Creampaw's nest and prodded her with one paw. "Come on! Give yourself a wash and head over to the training area. Then we'll work on some battle moves, okay?" Her tone was friendly and excited. Joysong left her apprentice to have a grooming and worked her way out of camp into the forest, to the training area. This place seemed so familiar. She sat down and curled her tail around her paws, waiting for Creampaw. Her head was cocked, thinking of what move to teach her first. Maybe first I should teach her to find the weak spot, like Thornclaw did with me... Her mind made up, she put a grin on her face and waited patiently.

(Omg im soooo bad at Grammer D8 OMG YES) Creampaw was walking next to Joysong, excitement bubbling up inside her. "I'm all washed up, Joysong! I'm ready to start training!" Her meow matched the lively, happy sparkle in her blue eyes. When her mentor told her they were starting battle moves, she grinned and mewed, "Battle moves? Great! I bet you know all about them!" Creampaw gave herself a few last-minute washing licks, cursing herself for forgetting when she was in the apprentice's den. Now training would be a bit delayed. Finishing quickly, she looked up at Joysong, trying to be good. She began to wait for her first lesson.

Joysong smiled nicely at her apprentice's excitement. Creampaw was a lot like her when she was little Joypaw. "For a start, we're going to see how to find the weak spot when someone's ready to attack you. This may be tedious at first-" Joysong's smile grew as she quoted what Thornclaw had told her when she was an apprentice- "But as you practice, you'll get swifter and swifter. Okay?" Suddenly Joysong recevied a pretty good mentoring idea. "First, I'll show you something, and when you get it right, I'll show you how to escape a weak spot, and then how to attack when you find a weak spot. Alright, Creampaw? Let's get started."
Joysong crouched to the ground, her back exposed. Here, it would be hard for her to counterattack, but she had some ideas. If Creampaw jumped on her back, she could drop to the ground and roll, squishing the smaller cat. Of course, she wouldn't actually do it, but she'd give a start, so her apprentice would know what to do.

Creampaw was going to have to set her mind on the job; this meant she had to act very quickly, and make sure that Joysong wouldn't know what she was planning. After mewing triumphantly, "The weak spot is your back," and without giving her mentor a chance to reply, she gazed at Joysong's upper back, but when she leaped gracefully, her legs landed on Joysong's lower back. Disguising my aim. Good for you, huh, Joysong?, the apprentice wondered, a grin on her face. She clutched at her mentor's shoulders with soft, sheathed paws, and pushed Joysong's haunches down on the ground with her hind legs. This kept her down, and she gave the ginger she-cat a gentle nip on the head, showing where she would have bitten using enough strength

Joysong struggled for a moment, grinning at Creampaw's fast-going progress. This was creative, especially faking her aim like that. With a great deal of difficulty she pushed Creampaw off by gently hitting her head on her neck to weaken her slightly, and then wriggled away. When the ginger tabby stood up panting, sea blue eyes shining, she stared at her apprentice proudly, forgetting her usual worries about Silentfeather. "Wonderful job!" she excaimed happily. "A way you can escape that is by rolling on the ground, squishing the cat like you did me." She smiled and gestured with her tail to the DeathClan border. "We'll explore there later," she suggested. "But for now, I want you to attack me. Any way you want. We'll discuss tactics afterward." She stood still, narrowing her eyes in fake warning to Creampaw.

Creampaw Had to come up with a great attack in order to knock Joysong down, she though quickly then she smiled. So she Quickly ran towards Joysong, she jumped towards her and bashed her paws onto Joysongs chest, aiming to knock her down. Then she pushed Joysong over, pinned Joysong down and pushing down on her shoulders so she wouldn't escape. "Hows that Joysong?" She asked with a smile, thinking she did a good job but still needed work on it. "Your hard to knock down!" She meowed to her, getting off Joysong, then she sat down with her blue eyes sparkling wth joy as she waited for her menotrs reply. (How was this? Srry im not goooodddd Blah, i could come up with anything else)

(OOC: Much, much better, Cream, but remember not to capitalize random words like that, i.e. quickly, had, etc. Also, remember when to use apostraphes or whatever, (') so it should be, "How's that, Joysong?" And the commas! Can't forget the dear, dear commas! XDDD)
Joysong flew as Creampaw worked the magic in her skills, and before you could say "mouse," the ginger warrior was pinned and held down. Inside, she screamed to the heavens, I can't do this! Creampaw's too good! She needs an older warrior to have a challenge! No reply came, but the sun seemed to shine brighter, a breeze wafted a few branches aside so that the bright light bathed her. Nodding ever so slightly and smiling, she decided to play a little I'm-going-to-so-own-you tricks. She banged her head a bit into her apprentice's paw, sending her off of the warrior. When the pair were finally up, the soft sparkle of her ocean blue eyes reflected in the apprentice's, her voice came out that had all the pride a mentor could feel. "Creampaw, that was absolutely excellent! Marvelous! I have a feeling that the High-Rock will have a place for you soon- in the name of a warrior ceremony! You're going to learn so much, by the time I'm done with you, you'll be rocking and rolling. Now, let me show you a move that might be helpful." She positioned her apprentice so that Creampaw was crouched. "Now try to dodge me, and watch what I do. Then we'll switch. Go ahead, and twist my moves it you like. I want to see just how well you can use you amazing talent for judging your opponent." Joysong shifted her weight on one side, and flew gracefully at the apprentice, making sure she inflicted no pain. She began running for one side, but her weight was on the other, so at the last moment she allowed herself to switch. Thusting her paws out and grabbing Creampaw's head gently, she started to throw her off balance, waiting for the battle's sake reply.
