Without hesitation, she quickly touched her nose to the cool, starry water.

Tanglestar looked around and saw that she was in the clearing that she always was in; the ShadowClan Camp. Though, as she looked around, she noticed that it more resembled her new home, DeathClan.
"Tangletail." She heard a voice behind her, and she jumped to see Brokentail. He had his head dipped. "Tanglestar." He repeated, this time, usuing her leader name.
"Father!" She dipped her head as well. He raised, staring at Tanglestar.
"It is time for you to receive the nine lives of a leader. Are you ready?" Tanglestar raised her head as well and nodded.
Eight other cats started emerging from the fog. She counted them all, starting to be amazed.
Scourge, Tigerstar, Darkstripe, Bone, Hawkfrost, Spiderleg, Sol, and Shadowstar.

All of the cats from the past walked up, all staring at her with the same gaze which was unreadable.
"Tangletail." They all meowed at the same time, "You have chosen to take the path of a leader." It was now only Brokentail that was speaking. "You will make a great leader." He touched her, nose to nose, and she felt a shoke wave peirce through her. It was a great dealing of pain and jelously that he had always felt about how Yellowfang broke the warrior code. After that, she touched the other cat's noses, feeling guilt, pain, regret, dispare, pain, and other emotions that sometimes she just couldn't comprehend whatsoever. All of the cats started to fade...

With a start, Tanglestar shot her head up, a gasp followed right after.

Then her leader awoke with a start, and Shatterpaw could see the new power in her eyes. She grinned, then dipped her head. "Tanglestar! Welcome back!"

Tanglestar payed close attention to the way Shatterpaw had said her name. It sounded as if it was said with athority this time; like it was real. She purred.
"Lets get back home. We'd better get back to camp so we can get a good night's rest." With a smile, she started to walk out. She turned her back. "We have a full day of training tomorrow."
