She opened her mouth, but no words came. Instead, more blood spilled through her teeth. She turned back Thornclaw but tried to tell Goldenpaw, "Hep hi--" More gurgling.

Goldenpaw ran to a nearby tree and grabbed some cobwebs off the branches. She ran back and pressed them onto both Thorn and Frost's wounds, ebbing most of the bloodflow. They should last awhile...but we need a med cat here soon!!

Frost smiled at Thornclaw past her pain. "Thanks," she mewed. The word was slurred, but still audiable.

She closed her eyes and didn't open them again. "I'm so tired..." Frostpetal rasped almost silently.

"Never did," she sighed, then coughed again. "Damn DeathClan warriors. Is chivalry a new concept for them?" She asked skeptically. Her bloodstained fur sparkled as the clouds gave way to a brigt moon.

"Mmm..." she sighed and struggled to open her eyes. Her paw twitched once, then moove under her so she could stand. More blood seepd out from Frostpetal's throat but she ignored it. Standing up so that she cast a shadow over Thornclaw, she rasped, "Come. It'll be too cold soon. Lets go home." Determination sparkled in her eyes.

"Alright, sounds like a plan."He gets up and starts to follow Frosty. Then his hackles raised as he heard Darkstar growl behind him, "You will die traitor...."

He turns slowly and sees Darkstar towering over him once again. "Frostpetal, run..." Darkstar chuckles and says, "There is no point in fighting you now, Thornclaw. I'll wait until you have healed, then it will be more fun." Then he turns away to join the throng of cats in the camp.

Frostie took one step back but stayed where she was. She glared at Darkstar with bared teeth. Both fright and hatred swirled in her jade eyes.

"Thornclaw stares at Darkstar's back, then he slowly turns around. "Let's go and see Sandheart," he says. Then he starts to limp back to camp.
