Shattergaze wound through the wood, her paws touching the ground silently, the faint sound of her Clan's paw steps behind her. The trees began to thin, and she flicked her tail, ordering the cats to slow and become more quiet. Eyes glinting out of the trees, she looked out at the SoulClan border. No one there yet... Then a smile twisted onto her face. But hopefully there will be soon. She turned and whispered to the patrol. "Signal if you see or scent a SoulCat."

Blackdeath slowed his pace slightly, his ears pinned back and pushing himself to the moist ground. He had to, considering his pelt was brighter than the others and couldn't risk SoulClan cats seeing them.
He get a grunt of dis-satisfaction. This wasn't how a warrior should be standing, better yet, what a real warrior should be doing at all.
Blackdeath would rather just charge into the SoulClan camp, demand they either leave or die; of course the mouse-brained cats would try and defend themselves, ending in half of the SoulClan cats dying and then running off like the little mice they were.
Perfect Plan B in his opinion.

Shattergaze picked up the scent that Lightningwind had detected. A kit...perfect. What better to draw out the SoulCats? They would capture this kit and get at the enemy cats. That, and Shattergaze couldn't take just sitting and waiting anymore. A smile twisted onto her face, and her sharp teeth glinted. "Alright DeathClan," she whispered. "On my signal we charge the kit and capture it. After all, those goody-goody little SoulCats couldn't bear that we take one of their kits, now could they?" She chuckled. "3, 2, 1. Now!" She hissed, and like a shot was out of the trees. She streaked across the ground like a white shadow, bee-lining for the kit.

skykit squealed when the deathclan cats circled around her. She made a loud squeal in help. " help!!!!" skykit felt pain in her shoulder. " owwwww!" skykit was afraid........ She pawed at the air.
Lightningwind got Skykit " I got her!" she youled!

Spottedsun leaped out of the trees, her fur bristling in hatred and anger. She screeched loudly, "Not tonight!" and landed on one of the DeathClan cats, pushing them down until she had a good grip on their shoulders. She pushed down harder, releasing her back, thorn-sharp claws. Her eyes glinted, and she glanced around, threatening any cat to come near her. Hopefully reinforcements were near... if necessary. "Skykit," she yowled. "Run! Run until your lungs give way and find help!"

Skykit ran and ran but Lightningwind got her. " Mommy! Daddy!" skykit murmured. But lightningwind punched and knocked Skykit out cold.
Lightningwind ran back to camp.

Spottedsun screeched loudly in anger, ripping up her claws from the cat's back, and leapt off the cat. "Skykit!" She galloped forward, at that moment not caring a mouse-tail about the DeathClan and SoulClan border. She soared through the forest, dodging trees and brush. Suddenly she broke into DeathClan territory and headed for the DeathClan camp. StarClan... she thought, her heart not only beating because of all the running. This may be my last battle.... Please protect me and Skykit, and please send help....

Spottedsun didn't hear her. She just kept running. Soon she'd catch up with Lightningwind and teach that cat a lesson! She bared her teeth at the thought of that mang-bitten she-cat.
