Whisperstar yowled hoarsely, her throat raw. She raked her claws down Hazeclaw's side and tore her ear out of Lionfire's grasp.

saidie coughed. The smoke was killing her! Saidie tried to stumble twords the entrance of camp. Saidie tried to breathe, but smoke twilred around her. Saidie saw the smoke. It looked like they were laughing at her, chanting in the meanest ways, they were all chanting like a bully. just a kittypet.. saidie dragged herself to Dogfang. " I'm here." saidie meowed gasping for air.

Lionfire snarled at Stormfire and her claws scored over the cat's ears as she hissed loudly, backing away and tossing the cat over her shoulder. "This isn't YOUR battle! My quarrel is with SoulClan, not you!" she hissed, her shoulder burning.

Hazeclaw yowled from the sudden pain and retalliated strongly. He used the fire to help him aim his blows, each one singing her pelt.

"Flamekit!" she yowled, and lunged through the flames to grasp the kit's scruff. She hauled her out of the fire and set her down next to Spottedsun's side. Then she turned and stood protectively in front, facing Lionfire and Hazeclaw. "We beat you before, we'll beat you again!"

Saidie suddenly ran after foamekit in the fire bearing all the flames around her. Sqidie grabbed flamekit and ran back to the pond with flamekit in her jaws. Saidie dropped her at saftey and saidie ran back to help.

Hazeclaw sighed.
"Yes, but we've gotten stronger." After rolling his eyes, he flicked his tail irritably. Hazeclaw ran towards Whisperstar and once again and knocked her into the blazing fire. When he heard the leader's yowl of pain, he chuckled deeply.

Lionfire snarled, "You would make a good warrior in our Anti-SoulClan group." She meowed suddenly, flicking her ears against the fire, a spark hit her pelt and she growled, wincing before turning back to Stormheart, "Let me guess: left SoulClan, went to another Clan, betrayed again and has no where to go now?" she asked.

Whisperstar rolled to her paws, trying to ignore the burns. She threw herself at Hazeclaw, raking her claws across his face and tearing his ear with her teeth.

"By being alone?" Lionfire's eyes widened as she shook her head, as if in pity. No cat deserved to be forced to be alone. "Like I said, you'd be a good member. You seem to be able to hate..." She paused, "Me and Hazeclaw would probably have to toughen you up a bit, teach you not to be so forgiving, but it could work." She nodded to herself.

Goldenpaw's eys opened, and she heard battle yowls not far away. Dragging herself to her feet, Goldenpaw began to trudge to where she heard the fighting, eyes squinting and red with smoke. She coughed, and then saw a couple of rogues attacking her Clan. Glaring, she ignored her pain and yowled, and leapt at Hazelclaw, slipping by Whisperstar and slicing her claws across the rogue's throat, drawing blood.

Hazeclaw battle cry entered the smoke-filled surroundings. He knew that Lionfire could hear it; he was calling for her help. Whisperstar was going to be a tough opponent, but he was determined, now.
"Not to bad." He commented, shaking the blood away from his eyes. "Not good enough." He snarled when he leaped and pinned her down with a bigger size. Even though the cat was full grown, he was strong enough to pick her up by the scruff and throw her into the fire again. This time, she didn't come out.
Something tells me that there's one life down.

Whisperstar coughed and tried to get up. The embers were burning her fur and paws, but she managed to roll out the opposite way, away from Hazeclaw. She lay panting on her side, calling on her reserves of strength. She licked her paws, trying to stop the pain. It was no use. Narrowing her eyes against the pain, she rolled onto her stomach and rose.
