Joypaw kept hidden. She wondered if Stormheart would really kill her or one of her friends? She shivered as Shattergaze suggested her for the price.

Stormheart turned around, and sniffed the air. Joypaw! She thought.
Heartkit followed after Joypaw. "Hi!" She said, kind of loudly. After having been in the forest with Spottedkit, she saw Joypaw approach the DeathClan border, but didn't know it.

Saidie ran up to Soulclan camp and ran up to Whisperstar. "Stormheart! is........."

"Heartkit, be quiet! It's nice to see you, but you must stay silent!" Joypaw was friendly but firm. She saw Stormheart sniff the air. She knows I'm here! Joypaw thought. What will she do? Joypaw had never been so frightened in her life. Will one of her best friends end up to kill her?

"Stormheart! It's me, Joypaw!" Joypaw whispered. "Me and Heartkit. I have no idea why the little kit is here! I can't believe this." Joypaw's voice rose in anger. "You're actually going to kill one of your friends. I seriously hope it's not me, but it probably will be." Joypaw was angry enough it rip the forest in one swipe of her little paws.

Joypaw knew Stormheart was forgetting about her sharp ears. "NO!" she said, jumping in front of the kit. "I don't care if you kill me, but don't lay a paw on Heartkit!" Joypaw unsheathed her claws.
