Saidie's time in the forest

"Enough," Stormheart replied, letting Whitepaw take the lead.

[Clemence]

Skyshadow snarled and leaped to block their way. "You'll move when I say you move, foxdung." He looked down at them, a towering figure. "Oh right, your other reason. How silly of me to have forgotten." He paused and tapped his chin thoughtfully with the tip of his tail. "How did you so charmingly put it? Oh yes. 'To preserve your friendship, isn't that right?"

"Yeah he heard a lot." She muttered, staring at Skyshadow. "I have no friendship with her."

[Clemence]

Skyshadow grinned smugly. "Not from what I heard. And forgive me for saying so, but Darkstar will believe the word of one of his senior warriors over a puny apprentice any day."

"Eavesdropper." She growled.

"As I said before, it's none of your business," Stormheart said, circling around Skyshadow and continuing towards DeathClan camp, Whitepaw behind her.

[Clemence]

Skyshadow laughed. "Good thing I was, too."

"He could use this against us you know." She sighed. "It was foolish of us to believe we could pull this off without someone hearing. It'd just be easier for me to go to SoulClan but I'd either get chased off or never really trusted. Plus, we'd be DeathClan's main target."

"So this is the only real choice," Stormheart said. "Oh well, so what if they know? Things that hurt can help."

[whitekit]

Whitepaw sighed. "Heres DeathClan...." She padded through the opened thickets and nodded towards the camp. A few warriors were outside eating and the rest of the Clan was off somewhere else. "Lets go find Darkstar." She muttered.

"Okay," Stormheart said, staying close to Whitepaw.

Whitepaw ignored the stares. "Where's Darkstar?" She asked the nearest cat.

"In his den," Deathclaw answered, flicking his tail to the right.

"Thanks." She replied, motioning for Stormheart to follow. "Should you tell him...or me?"

"You," Stormheart said, walking behind Whitepaw while they walked to Darkstar's den.

Whitepaw nodded and spoke up. "Darkstar? Uh, we have to talk to you."

She padded over to the cat. "Hi, are you from one of the Clans? I don't recognize your smell."

Uhhhhhh. I'm Saidie. I used to be a kittypet. But I left my home. I wanna be like the forest... I wanna be strong and live in the clans no matter what it takes!"

Stormheart looked around, feeling uneasy in the DeathClan camp.

Saidie's eyes widened as she saw the camp. It was full of wild cats. Saidie followed Stormheart.

Whitepaw stood stiffly by the entrance of his den, waiting for Darkstar's response. DeathClan cats were hovering outside too, curiosity and hostile expressions on their faces. Whispering could be heard all around.
