(Sorry. I have 4 charries and Skykit HAS to go) The Moon was empty to light her path. A ice-cold breeze chilled out the day into night. Skykit padded along the stream on the border of Deathclan. The water was a little cold but it was just right. Great idea to sneak out of camp....... thought Skykit. It was WAY better than being cooped up all day. Skykit purred. suddenly, she heard a rustle in the bushes. Wads it just the wind? Or a Deathclan cat? Skykit began to step away and try to run but her fear held her back. She was too scared to move her little, grey fur. Skykit mewled.

Whitepaw slunk through the undergrowth, quiet, and concentrating. A fat and juicy squirrel was just ahead of her, digging up it's stored acorns from the winter. It hadn't noticed her yet, and she was just about to spring when a rustle of bushes from the other side and a squeak came ever so suddenly.
The squirrel swiveled around and darted away after getting a good look at Whitepaw. "Damn!" She cussed, catching onto Darkstar's and Blackdeath's language. She whipped her head around to stare at the bushes blankly. "Who ever is out there, you just cost me a good piece of prey." She snarled loudly. Her voice ringing through the hollow trees. Her green eyes glowed as she weighed the idea of seeing who or what it was that interrupted her hunt.

Skykit's eyes turned into slits as she heard the deathclan cat. was she gonna kill me? thought Streamkit nervously as she slowly took a step back. But her little weak body shook to the ground in fear. She tried to get back up but the cat was getting closer.... and CLOSER! This might be the end. She should have never gone out of CAMP! she should have listened. But NO!!!!!!! This cat was now gonna stalk her. And she was live bait to the deathclan cat.

Whitepaw's eyes narrowed. Must be a kit, by the sound of her voice. She could feel the fear rolling off her pelt in giant waves. Sighing, she squeezed through the bushes, scanning the dark clearing until her shining eyes fell on the trembling kit. So it was a kit. And SoulClan by the looks of it. "Oh what are you doing here, so late?" She crooned, towering over the scrap of fur.
"At your age you should still be in the nursery." She continued, unsheathing and sheathing her claws over and over again. What a foolish cat, to leave camp like that. Oh well, it was her choice. Whitepaw shrugged and let her claws stay unsheathed. "Don't worry, I won't hurt you much." She mewed in a fake voice. She raised a paw and sliced her claws against her throat, leaving her limp on the ground.

Skykit Gasped for air, but it never came. She felt hot blood all around her as she colasped to the dirt, ground. She tried to breathe but her body began to become limp. /and then, her little body went to nothing.
Skykit opened her blue eyes to see a ginger, she-cat with green eyes staring at her smiling. She looked Oddly familliar but she never had seen her. "Who are you?" Mewled Skykit.
Lightningwind's bright, green eyes were locked on her only kit. Lightningwind could barly chocke out the words in happiness, " I'm lightningwind." Cried Lightningwind in Happiness. Your Mother. I took you to soulclan where you would be nice and safe. Now, you can be in Starclan." Lightningwind's Stary pelt gleamed.
Skykit was finally happy. She found her real mother now! It didn't matter if she was in Deathclan or Soulclan. Her mother was Lightningwind and she could be with her forever and ever. Skykit smiled and raced to her mother and walked up to the stars with her.

Lionpelt was out by the edge of SoulClan. Ahhhhh.... she thought. What a nice night to be walking. Maybe I should have a quick hunt. She scented the air. She scented Streamkit...but also....BLOOD!. She raced quickly following the scent. Then the air reeked of blood and DeathClan. I should have known it was them! Any where they go, there's always blood! Lionpelt thought.
She got to the edge of territory. She saw a lone DeathClan cat. And Skykit's dead body laying in a pool of blood. She walked forward not paying any attention to the DeathClan apprentice. She put her nose into the little kit's pelt, letting her guard down. Her pelt was sticky from blood.

(Sand is that whitepaw's first kill? I can't remember XD)
Shattergaze felt something on the wind. Maybe it was a scent she detected, or maybe it was just her DeathClan instincts. Regardless, Shattergaze fell into a run for the SoulClan border. As she whipped through the trees, soon she caught the scent of Whitepaw, and of blood. Bursting into a clearing, she saw her apprentice, blood on her claws, and the body of a dead SoulClan kit. Nearby a SoulClan warrior stood desperately trying to revive the dead kit. A smile crept onto Shattergaze's face. So it seems Whitepaw has the will to kill SoulClan after all.
Shattergaze padded slowly up to Whitepaw and the SoulClan cat, grinning. "Well done, Whitepaw. Killing a thing so innocent as a kit is always satisfying. It's just...delicious, isn't it?" Turning away from her apprentice, Shattergaze eyed the SoulClan cat. How stupid. Letting down her guard so obviously. A pity. I was hoping for more of a fight, but oh well... Shattergaze looked back at Whitepaw. "Hold on one moment, Whitepaw. I'll be right with you."
As quick as lightening Shattergaze leapt over the body of the fallen kit, and turning mid-air, neatly slit the cat's throat. Blood welled up much too fast, and as Shattergaze softly landed, she laughed and knew the cat would never survive.

Whitepaw
Whitepaw smiled happily. This was in fact, not her first kill, but a kill that would help with her reputation. "Why thank you Shattergaze." She mewed. "It is in fact, a lovely little feeling when you kill." She smiled widely. "Alright." She answered, watching Shattergaze leap at Lionpelt.
This hadn't bothered her at all. She's seen plenty to not be scared by any kills, so she watched lazily.

Shattergaze watched her neat work as the SoulClan cat fell limply to the ground. The crimson blood pooled around her fallen body, and the Deputy knew that she was dead. Easy as pie...too easy, but still, killing is always fun. Chuckling for a moment, Shattergaze turned and padded back to her apprentice.
"Nice job on the kit, Whitepaw. Fighting is all well and good, but nothing beats the feeling of a kill." Her blood was still rushing through her veins. "I'm sure the other DeathClan cats will be jealous that they missed a fight, but they weren't here." She laughed. "Good spot on these two cats. They were weak and deserved to die even more so than the rest."
