Shattergaze watched as the two apprentices went at it. Whitepaw was cold and determined, as Shattergaze had known she would be. But Mintpaw wasn't faring too badly herself. She could be good someday, with the right training. She watched as Whitepaw attacked the apprentice again. Unfortunately she hasn't had that training yet. Whitepaw will win this...but Mintpaw isn't going to make it too easy.

Both her apprentice and Mintpaw fought hard, ignoring the pain of their wounds, showing they understood the most important rule of fighting. Good. Whitepaw has learned well, and Mintpaw is following in her path. DeathClan will have strong warriors.
