Exploring the forest

[Wind:.*.:Stone]

Stonekit slips out of camp, her black and white fur halfway helping her hide in the shadows and halfway giving her away. She was sick of being in camp, and she wanted to see the forest.
A bird tweets, and she decides to try her luck with hunting. Even though she was a kit, she could hunt. Hopefully.

Truthfur,
who had just got got back from chatting with another warrior spotted the kit. She smiled lightly. A kit! She loved kits, she didn't know why but she just adored them! Who didn't?
Truthfur pawed over to the kit. "Hello, what are you doing out here all alone?" Truthfur had a light voice but she tried to sound a little confused.

Scarheart had been walking, thinking of the ambush they were planning. It was the best thing that happened to him for a long while, and nothing could make him happier. Scarheart stopped suddenly when two DeathClan scents flooded over him. One was familiar, and he clarified it. Truthfur! The other scent was overlaid with scents of the forest, but when he opened his jaws wider, he could detect the faint but warm, milky scents of the nursery. He approached the two cats, and mewed, "Stonekit! What are you doing out here?" His voice was slightly happy, now that this kit was exploring the forest, and soon would learn the sickening scent of SoulClan and remember it as their weak cats died under his paws. "Hello, Truthfur," he meowed to the she-cat. "Walking around?"

Stonekit can't help but purr when she see's her clan mates. It might be weak, but she thought of them as her family. SoulClan was a threat to her family, no matter her mixed feelings for them. The urge to go to SoulClan was strong, even now, but she was loyal to DeathClan, and had no will to go to SoulClan, no matter how she felt. {Read my bio if you dont get this}
"I'm hunting so I can grow big and strong, like you guys!" She flicks her ear.
"Will you teach me to hunt?"

Truthfur smiled lightly as she heard foot steps, she turned her head and saw, Scarheart! Truthfur nodded carelessly. "I was walking alone untill i found this kit." Truthfur raised an eye brow. "Shouldn't you be back at the nursery?" She asked Stonekit.

[Wind:.*.:Stone]

Stonekit flattens her ears against her head.
"No...Yes... But I want to hunt!" her mew is high and loud, and she pouts, her little tail swishing.

Scarheart couldn't suppress a mrrow of amusement at the kit. "You can't learn until you're an apprentice, in fact, you're not even supposed to be here. But this was brave, and I think you can at least watch, don't you think, Truthfur?" Without waiting for an answer, he opened his jaws to draw the slight breeze over his scent glands, and smelled a vole. Angling his ears, he picked up the tiniest scuffling, and soon saw the small creature sniffing at some seeds. He dropped into a crouch, stalked it, and pounced and killed it.

"Whoa!" She says, her eyes wide. "I want to do that!" She tries to copy the hunter crouch, but she ends up toppling over on her side.
"Aww..." She says, flicking her ear.

Scarheart chuckled again. "You'll get it right. Don't worry. I'll teach you the crouch, at least." He dropped into the crouch again, sunlight gleaming off his black pelt, his amber pools of eyes glowing. "Keep your weight on your haunches, and keep light on your paws, and tail low," he instructed, getting up again. "Then you won't topple over again," he added, eyes glinting with amusement.

Stonekit carefully copies the move, purring loudly when she realises she got it right.
"Thank you so much!" she says. "Can we go explore now? Lets go to the SoulClan border. I want to learn there sent, and maybe we'll meet some, and maybe we'll fight" She rambles on, her copper eyes shining at the thoughts flooding her mind.

Metalkit padded through the shadows, trying to stay hidden. He had followed Stonekit when she had left camp, too bored out of his mind to stay there any longer, and too wrapped up in the thoughts that wouldn't leave his head no matter how hard he tried. Camp is soooo boring...there's too much time to think about things...I wish I could hurry up and be an apprentice already! As soon as he saw Stonekit was caught, though, he paused, but the cats didn't seem to mind, and he grinned. Yes! Maybe we won't get in trouble? That made him feel better. Then Stonekit mentioned the SoulClan border, and so he padded out of the trees.

"Hey Scarheart, Truthfur." He grinned. "Hey Stonekit! I saw you sneak out of camp so I did too." A devious grin slid onto his face. "I want to go to the SoulClan border, I want to fight some of those pathetic SoulCats!" He dug his claws into the ground.

[Wind:.*.:Stone]

Stonekit smiles at Metalkit. "Fun, no?" she walks over to him and bats at him with her paw, trying to get him to play fight with her.

[Golden /~/ Shatter]

Metalkit watched as Stonekit came over to him. Mom told me to talk to her, and now I did. Ha! Wait till I tell her. Stonekit smiled and then started a mock-fight with a swat of her paw. Metalkit grinned, and dropped into a fighting stance. "Yeah, it'll be fun. I want to destroy some SoulCats!" After Stonekit batted him, he hissed softly, and then lashed his paw at her a few times, tail whipping back and forth.

[Wind:.*.:Stone]

She jumps on Metalkit's back, biting his shoulder, but not that hard. At lest not hard nought to break the skin. She jumps off and bats at him again, wondering if he would play.she crouches down, ready to defend herself. She smiles and flicks her ear.

[Golden /~/ Shatter]

As Stonekit jumps on his back, Metalkit frowns. Then she jumped off and batted at him again, but this time Metalkit saw it coming and blocked her paw with his paw. Ha! I got it. Then he ran around behind Stonekit, and using his momentum rose up on his hind legs and pushed her over with his front paws. She hit the ground, but not that hard. He batted against her stomach with is paw.

She rolls under him, thinking she would be slick and trip him, bit it back fires when he lands on her and knocks the breath out of her. She wiggles out from under him and catches her breath. Then she pounces on him again, trying to crush him.

Stonekit wriggled from underneath Metalkit's paws, and as she did he leapt away. But she immediately attack again, pouncing on his chest. He was knocked backwards, underneath her. Using all his strength, Metalkit powered his strong, long legs and threw Stonekit off of him. He quickly rolled upright and leapt to his feet, and raced over to where Stonekit had landed, and batted at her again.

She mew in laughter and defeat. When Metalkit backs off, she suddenly leaps at him, knocking him back over. She bats his face, feeling victorious.

Truthfur sat down and watched.
Scarheart, he was soft hearted too, So I am not alone. Truthfur thought lightly as she watched the kit and Warrior,

As Stonekit bowls him over again, Metalkit used her momentum and the pair rolled a few feet backwards, tumbling over one another. They rolled down a slight incline, bumping on the way down until the two kits were thrown apart. Stonekit landed a few feet away, and Metalkit hit the ground, breathless for a brief moment. Shaking his head, he got to his feet and shook himself. As he waited for Stonekit to get back up, he looked back over to the warriors. "So are we going into SoulClan territory or not?"
