Dogfang padded slowly through the sparse grasses, his feet not accustomed to the dryness of the green material--though he should have been. He should have thought of this moons ago, and he'd nearly killed himself from doing everything he'd thought of to punish himself for this stupid, stupid mistake. You're an idiot that's got too small of brain for such a big head, he'd told himself, but he couldn't help but chuckle because that was something Stormheart or Goldenshard or Joypaw would have said.
Those mouse-brained fur-balls don't know what's coming. I'd like to watch them perish any day. And at their vigil, they wouldn't see any sympathy from me. I'd be in the warriors den laughing my tail off. he thought, stopping before the DeathClan border. He was very very close to a spongy marsh, which made his paws sag into the squishy ground and caused him to growl. He unsheathed his claws, searching for a dry piece of ground, but decided to stay where he was so he wouldn't look like he was trespassing. That was the last thing he wanted.
Dogfang was waiting for a DeathClan patrol to notice him. He was tired of being almost all alone in SoulClan when he knew that DeathClan was less than a territory away from him every time he laid down to sleep at night. He'd been able to escape from camp for just a bit, but he knew that this would turn out so much better than he was expecting. DeathClan would be happy to unite with him against his own Clan --and better yet, Whisperstar. Once, she was dead, he'd become leader and then kill any of the cats that resisted his new rules, just like Goldenshard, Joypaw, Windpaw, and Stormheart. They'd be the first to die.
He smiled, tasting the delicious, mind crazing blood in his mouth, his eyes glimmering sinfully. And after he'd destroyed any of the resisters, he and DeathClan would tear down the other Clans near by, one by one, until he and Darkstar ruled the whole land. DeathClan would be amazed at his clever ingenuity.

Thunder stormed though Soulclan forest. He was not in the mood right now. Thunder did not care about Soulclan cats yelling at her now........ He growled. Thunder ran more and more untill he saw Dogfang... Thunder ran over to him. He seemed mad and dark.
Thunder listed for a moment and ran out of the place she was hiding. "Greetings Dogfang!" Meowed thunder in an exeptional way. "I would like to join your wonderfull clan, if you're okay with it..."

Dogfang's eyes narrowed at the sight of 'Thunder'. "Get off my territory if you know what's good for you. And stay off DeathClan's too. We don't need another loner rumaging through the territories." he hissed, his tail thrashing. His claws slightly unsheathed, irritation climbing up his spine. Thunder would ruin everything if she didn't get away now! "Go. Now." he growled, stalking forward.

Shattergaze watched calmly from the shadows as the SoulClan Deputy padded up to the border. It was Dogfang, the Deputy that didn't quite fit with the rest of his Clan...and as he walked up to the borderlines between their territories, she saw something in his eyes that didn't belong to a SoulCat. What is Dogfang planning? He obviously wants to talk to us, or he wouldn't have come right to us in such an open way. Interesting...this could be fun.
As a loner came up and greeted him, she watched as Dogfang scowled and quickly turned the loner away. Shattergaze slinked out of the shadows, coming up behind the loner. "And when you get off of SoulClan territory, leave DeathClan's also. We don't need any more pathetic loners trying to join up with us." She scowled, icy eyes blazing.
Turning away from the loner, she faced Dogfang, a smirk on her face. "So Dogfang, what brings you to DeathClan? Obviously not an attack. So what do you want from us?" Shattergaze was interested to know what would bring a seemingly wholesome SoulClan cat to the DeathClan border for something other than revenge or a fight. Perhaps Dogfang was even more corrupt than he seemed...

Dogfang's eyes landed on Shattergaze, a cat that he'd secretly always admired. She was almost as murderous as Tigerstar, but would get there very soon, anyways. He was sure that she was possible of many evil deeds, ones that he'd always be available to help out with after this.
"Ah, Shattergaze," he grinned, a pleasant feeling settling on his back. "Good to see you. How's the prey running?" He decided to avoid her question a moment, making it as though he wasn't all that thrilled to tell her what he was about to say. But he was. Very, very thrilled.
"I have come to say this," he meowed slowly. "It is time for an alliance." Dogfang let that sink in before going on. "We have the same ambitions: to kill Whisperstar . . . but I don't want to take down your Clan. Oh, no, not at all. I admire your clever abilities of murder and no mercy on cats like Fallenleaf. You're my kind of Clan. But I can't join you yet. . . maybe I'll do that someday, but not now. Not when I've got a plan that's surely going to work. Do you care to listen?"

Thunder listened closely to the conversation jealous was hearing. An alliance....... This could be lots of fun! To kill that old Whisperstar once and for all. Thunder smiled and spoke up. " Ah, an alliance I see. I'd love to help kill the Soulclan leader... In fact, it would be a nice advantage to all of us." thunder swished his long tail side to side. " No cat of any clan would even suspect me, an innocent loner. You can rule the forest together, and in return....." thunder began. " i'd absoultely be delighted to join Soulclan as a warrior..." thunder smiled in glee.
(Saidie)
Saidie lay asleep in the nursery with her kits. She was dreaming of a dark, cold place. " Where am I? What is this place?" suddenly, she saw Dogfang. But, he wasn't as kind as usuall. He had cold, dark eyes. Just like a deathclan cat... Suddenly, saidie saw his claws lash at a calico she-cat. "Whisperstar?" Saidie gasped in horror. Saidie knew that Sorrelkit and Coalkit are this MONSTER'S kits... Saidie youled and the vision changed. There standing in front of her, was a Ginger male with green eyes. This cat could be seen anywhere. " Harry?" meowed Saidie
The starry cat nodded his head and smiled. "yes." he said. Saidie youled in exitement and tackled him . Saidie coudent believe it's her old best friend... The one who she left.... For her destiny. Saidie sighed and asked, " How did you..?" harry answered in a grim voice. " I was killed by a monster..."
Saidie looked at him with grim eyes and Nuzzles him. " it's ok.... We all go through that time. And now, you live in the ranks of Starclan!" Harry replied, " yeah. What I'm here to say is that your mate is cold..."
" WHAT? " asked saidie. But harry was fading away into the dark. Then, saidie woke up with a jolt.

A sly smile crept onto Shattergaze's face at Dogfang's words. He was even worse than he let on, and Shattergaze loved it. An alliance between DeathClan and Dogfang...things are so interesting nowadays! And united to take down Whisperstar? With a cat working on the inside of SoulClan, the Deputy himself, why, there is no way we could fail. Destroying Whisperstar would kill the Clan, especially once they find Dogfang as their leader. Then they will crumble and fall without us even trying...
Shattergaze let Dogfang's words sink in, and she laughed. "Dogfang, I must say, that is a completely delicious idea. SoulClan wouldn't stand a chance with their own Deputy working against them. So what exactly were you thinking?" But she paused as the loner returned. Her icy eyes turned slowly on the cat, narrowed. "Are you suggesting that you, a loner of no Clan, is capable of killing the Leader of SoulClan? You must be mad. Now," her eyes blazed, "Leave us now, or we'll kill you. If SoulClan or any other loner hears a word of this, you'll die along with SoulClan, you understand me?" Shattergaze hissed.
Then her eyes returned to normal and her fur lay flat. She turned calmly to Dogfang. "Come, let's walk, and talk where we will not be overheard. This must be kept between DeathClan and you." Shattergaze turned and began to pad away through the woods with Dogfang. "So, what did you have in mind?"
(Sadie, no one in SoulClan is allowed to know this or even suspect that Dogfang is in an alliance, okay?)

Dogfang aimed a hiss at Thunder before padding off with Shattergaze. She seemed clearly delighted at his devious idea, but he wouldn't let his trust of her fulfill itself just yet, until he knew the whole Clan was in on it and ready for everything.
His feet squished in the ground, and he watched as Shattergaze walked with ease. Once they were out of Thunder's earshot, he began speaking in a low voice to her, his eyes darting around. He wondered if they were still on DeathClan territory or SoulClan territory, or one on the other. "Wait, let's find a nonvisible space to talk. I don't want anyone from my Clan to see me." The Clan betrayer. The name fit him so well his tail shivered with delight.
They sat down behind a bush, now in DeathClan territory for sure and he began at last. "Once we kill Whisperstar, I will become leader. Then I will make new rules in my Clan and kill any cat that resists. Once my Clan is full of devious, clever cats that are completely loyal to me, Darkstar and I will unite. Then, we will move around and destroy other Clan's, taking their territories and any cats that wish to join us. Soon, we would have ruled all the land." He grinned at her.

Shattergaze padded easily into the bush and sat, listening to Dogfang's idea. Kill Whisperstar, then twist his Clan into something so evil that it eventually unites with us...a good idea. If Dogfang is in SoulClan, then there must be others like him in the Clan. Wiping out the weak would be easy, and once they are strong, together we could rule a territory so large, it has never been seen before...
A smile crawled up Shattergaze's face. "A good idea, to be sure. But the main issue is how we are going to kill Whisperstar." An idea came to Shattergaze. She knew that Dogfang was holding back, probably because he didn't trust DeathClan. Understandable, but when it came to destroying SoulClan, DeathClan was all business. Her icy eyes went to Dogfang's. "Believe me on this: I know that Darkstar would approve of this alliance, and would go along with it. That is something I know for sure. But right now he is very busy."
"If I tell you something that DeathClan is planning at this very moment, will you trust us and allow us to work together to take down Whisperstar?" Shattergaze asked, and then her eyes narrowed and she sneered. "But if this is a ploy and you use the information I'm telling you to benefit SoulClan, well, I will kill you myself." She laughed quietly. "So Dogfang, would you like to know what we are planning? And if I tell you, will you tell me your plan to kill Whisperstar, and work together with DeathClan?"

He nodded, wondering what Darkstar could have himself twisted up in right now. Most likely an evil plan, he thought to himself.
His eyes bored into hers; complete opposites: his smoldered like golden fire while hers were an icy blue. He searched them for a hint of an lieing for a moment, but saw nothing except for greed beyond imagination. Dogfang did not allow himself to shiver at the stare from the DeathClan deputy.
"Yes," his mouth curled into a small smile. "I will. Right until the end of my life." His whole body was craving this plan, since she had said "work together with DeathClan", and he ripped his claws through the mushy ground to stop himself from doing something mad. He was clearly going crazy with selflessness and hunger for power, but it felt so good . . .

(Ok)
A smile unlike any other crawled across Shattergaze's face, and her eyes flashed with delight as Dogfang pledged himself to DeathClan. As she looked into his fiery golden eyes, she could see now trace of goodness, no trace of a lie or deceit. He means every word...this is perfect. With the Deputy of SoulClan working with us, we will make them fall in a matter of days... His contagious hunger for power made Shattergaze rake her claws through the ground, imagining it as SoulCat flesh.
But she straightened, cracking her neck, and she met eyes with Dogfang again, ice blazing. "Now that you have pledged alliance to DeathClan, I will tell you what Darkstar and I are planning." She chuckled for a moment. She was so anxious to set the plan in motion! "This morning I was hunting in the woods with a few of my warriors. We were talking, and eventually I formed a plan to ambush the SoulClan camp, tomorrow, in the dead of night. Darkstar and I planned out the basics, and he is finalizing it as we speak." Shattergaze said, grinning. "We will catch your Clan off guard, killing many. The weaks ones though, of course."
She eyed Dogfang. "But now that we have an alliance, things will get interesting. When I get back to camp, I can insure that no DeathClan cat will kill you. You will be attacked, because otherwise it will look bad to your Clan if you for some reason are spared. But you must also promise not to kill any cat in my Clan. You can attack them, of course," she smiled, "but you may not kill them. Do we have an understanding?"

Dogfang sat there, eyes glimmering at Shattergaze. "What . . . " he lost words for a moment, still stunned by the absolute brilliance and thoroughness of it. "A wonderful, devious plan . . . It will be an honor to fight with you and DeathClan. I'll be happy to sharpen my claws with you in Whisperstar's pelt . . . and feel the blood spread through my paws . . . her last breath intaken with such a force . . . and her eyes . . . Glazed over and all sparkly like the moon . . ." He laughed quickly. "It'll be amazing if she dies knowing we did it. I'll make sure to take out her eyes."
He flexed his paws, sick hunger and adrenaline rushing through his veins like fire. It felt wonderful and it felt like . . . him. He felt whole with this plan, all the way.
He stood up straight, eyes narrowing, facing forward though he kept his gaze locked in Shattergaze's. "I promise. They'll get nothing more than a bite in the tail, a gash in their side, or maybe a torn ear, and will leave my claws and teeth with barely any blood leaving their body."
He nodded to her. "Yes, we do, Shattergaze. It's a pleasure planning with you."

Shattergaze's icy eyes shone with delight, a twisted smile crawling across her face. The way Dogfang described Whisperstar's death...it was delicious beyond compare. Her claws dug into the dirt uncontrollably, and a shiver went through her. She needed to kill, and kill soon...good thing the attack would happen in just a few hours.
She nodded as Dogfang agreed on the no-kill rule. "Those stupid SoulCats won't suspect a thing...yourself excluded, obviously," she grinned. Dogfang was practically DeathClan anyways...fate had made him born into the wrong Clan. But perhaps it had been a stroke of luck...after all, he was going to help take down SoulClan.
Shattergaze smiled. "It has indeed been a pleasure. I look forward to working with you in the future." She nodded her head to Dogfang, and then turned back to DeathClan. She grinned, cold eyes shining.
SoulClan would fall.

((Rofl Whisper! XD)) Dogfang nodded back to her. "They never were taught to expect the unexpected. It's absolutely pitiful, to tell you the truth, but I shouldn't care about them, when one day, I might be shredding them to pieces because they won't listen to and obey my rules."
Dogfang turned toward the SoulClan border, claws unsheathed. He'd make it back in atleast a couple of minutes if he didn't slow down. He spirited away from Shattergaze, wondering what could be going on in her head. Most likely attack things for tonight, he thought deviously. We'll see what she has in store.
