Okay, since your a new apprentice, lets start out with something simple. Defending yourself against a paw swipe.
Now, I'm going to come up and try to hit you in the muzzle with my paw, claws sheathed don't worry! Try to defend yourself as best you can.
*runs up to his new apprentice, then outstreatches his paw towards her face.*

Okay. Now, I'm going to try and jump onto your shoulders. The best defencive move to do there is to roll out from under, but knowing you, I think that you will come up with your own move that is much more interesting.

It might be good for Silentpaw to have to cats to battle train with.
*glances at Silentpaw* Cats sometimes team up in battles, and it's good to learn how to fight two enimies at once.
