"What was the crime that you were accused of?" Tangletail started to come up with a plan. If she could get to the Clan that had killed his old mate...Something suddenly came to mind. Without thinking, she asked. "What color were Moonstream's eyes?" Please don't tell me they're red...

Spottedsun sat there, flicking her ears, trying to figure out what Tangletail was up to. Maybe she was just trying to help, and there were some weird questions that had to be answered.... She stopped herself from shaking her head, trying to not be noticed.

Tangletail noticed Spottedsun giving her a funny look, but then realized that her question has been awkward a s well.
I'm such an idiot...I shoudn't have asked that... She stiffled a sight, but kept looking at Thornclaw with a smile on her face.

"She had long, thick wavy gray hair that was darker on the tail and head. She had a white chest and a white strip that started between her eyes, down over her nose, and then past her chin to connect with the white of her chest. She also had white paws." Still curious what this had to do with him shredding a rabbit just a few minutes ago.

Spottedsun quietly licked her chest fur, thoughts rushing through her head. She didn't know this she-cat, thankfully. But it was still weird that a Clan would have killed her because she wanted to be with her exiled mate. Surely there had to be more.

"Well, my older Clan had tumbled into chaos and many cats were fighting for power. Finally, we somehow got a leader and a deputy, but 3 days later the deputy was killed. I don't know why, but they thought it was me. So the power hungry cats decided to kill me(as if exile wasn't enough), much to the dislike of many of the cats there, for I used to be quite popular. But they killed her cuz they said it was easier and they wanted to watch me suffer. They were going to kill me too, but I uh...went kind of berserk so they just abandoned the idea." He says, his tail thrashing but managing to keep a steady voice.

Tangletail nodded, taking in the information, making sure to store it in her head.
"I...see..." She sighed as she padded back into the forest. She closed her eyes, but only saw a pair of yellow eyes staring back at her. She gasped, jumping backwards.
