Fangscar limped over to Raine, panting." Nightpaw'll get me stitched up. I'll keep track of Raine. You go take that fucker on!" he growled.
Firefang leaped at the unsuspecting Stormheart, tripping her and making her fall. He clawed her face without mercy. He continued to do so, shredding so much skin. He finally slithered back and bit down har on her tail. He dragged her until she lay directily at Shattergaze's paws. "DEAL WITH HER!" he hissed." You can't always stand by and watch!"
Fangscar saw Nightpaw and flicked his tail. He was normal again and hardly stinging. This is the way he felt when his kits had attacked him, except for the pain in his heart. He ached just thinking about it. He had always been miserable and hidden in a shell. He lost his faith in Starclan, though his long lost mate still followed him.

When Fangscar and Nightpaw reached the bundle of herbs she had brought, she took out some Marigold and chewed it, placing it into his wounds. Then, quickly, she took out some cobwebs and used her nose and paws to press them tightly, to make sure that none of the Marigold could come out. She looked him over once; that was very easy. There seemed to be no broken bones or anything too severe. "You should be fine now. If anything else gives you a tremendous amount of pain, come right over here," she told him, dismissing him with a flick of her tail.
Stormheart growled, lashing out with one of her paws at Firefang as he turned and walked away, to take care of the loner. She then turned to Shattergaze, taking a step back and readying herself, studying her for a moment. Maybe, if I can just get her off balance... She was already thinking of several attack plans, depending on what attack Shattergaze would use.

Firefang flicked his ear. He shoved Raine." Get up." he growled." And leave, if you know what's good for you" While Raine was out of the way, Firefang signaled Fangscar with a flick of his tail and they lunged at Stormheart from either side, holding her down." You're not going anywhere." Firefang hissed in her ear.
Fangscar held tightly onto Stormheart's arm. They had forced her into a sitting position and it was like she was glued to the ground." Shattergaze outta finish you off!" he snarled." You're just a worthless piece of Fox-dung! You're obviously loyal to nobody! You follow your own rules!" Suddenly Fangscar's eyes widened and scorn crept into his voice as he whispered," Actually, you'd make a mighty fine Deathclan cat. Come on. You can fight endlessly and when you want to. Come back. You'd be very welcome."

Raine had screeched when Firefang jabbed her in the side with a twig, but it had a note of laughter in it. "Stop it, stop it! That tickles!!" She squirmed beneath him until Fangscar exchanged positions with Firefang. "Get up," he said and Raine scrambled to her paws. But she didn't leave. Instead, she turned on Fangscar again, who was meowing scornfully to Stormheart, and lunged at him from behind.
Raine's claws latched into his shouldes, her teeth in his neck, and she ripped out a bloody chunk of fur and skin. She jumped back before he could do anything, then darted in again to knock him away from Stormheart and off his feet.
"Leave her alone!" She screeched, batting at his stomach and creating long scratches down his underbelly.

Stormheart growled, raking her hind claws into Firefang's side, causing him to let go. While he let go Stormheart bit deep into Fangscar's left front leg, twisting it up into the air. It didn't break, though. Then she jumped a few few back, hissing. "Yeah, because I'd want to join DeathClan again!" She replied back, green eyes glowing with anger. She lunged at Firefang, knocking him backward and into Fangscar, both of them lying on the ground. As they went to get up, Stormheart jumped onto them, raking her claws deeply along anywhere she could reach. Their words stung, even if they had intended for them to be a compliment. "Actually, you'd make a mighty fine Deathclan cat. Come on. You can fight endlessly, and when you want to. Come back. You'd be very welcome." His words echoed in her mind, and she shook them off. She would never join DeathClan again.

Firefang took a swipe at Raine, making an insicion in her throat." HA!" he snarled
Fangscar took Stormheart by the scruff and flung her into a tree." You had your chance!" he sneered." But no. You're just too weak hearted for us!" He flung himself at her, pinning her against the tree." Fight your own battles. Raine has nothing to do with you!" he hissed, pushing down harder.
Firefang pinned Raine down, literally. He took twigs and shoved them through her skin and into the ground. His eyes blazed." Wrong cat." he mutered" Wrong CAT!" He dug more sticks through her skin until she was completly immobile.

Deathstrike had been taking a stroll nearby after using his long morning to hunt. He pricked his ears at the sound of insults being hurled and could smell SoulClan. His cold heart began to soar. A fight! The golden brown tabby tom desperately needed to stretch his legs, and sink his claws into the foul-smelling fur of every Soulcat he came across. His newly energized legs broke into a run, his black paws throwing up dirt occasionally. Deathstrike skidded to a halt as the cats came into sight, and he inspected each one there. Whisperstar, the cat who acted like she was so wise yet she lost nearly every battle. Stormheart, the traitor. A loner whose name he did not know, yet with every second of her struggles he could tell she was just as weak and softhearted as every other Soulcat. Firefang, a newcomer to DeathClan he never really talked to or liked, as he was not fond of newcomers. Fangscar, another newcomer who was friends with Firefang. Shattergaze, one of the few cats he respected. Creampaw was going away, and she was a cat he hated with much of his soul. And finally, Silentfeather, the weakling and wrath to the Clan because of his sister. He could see only one end to the fight. DeathClan obviously would win... again. And now that Deathstrike was here, it would end before you could say "mouse". Just as the tabby tom was about to spring into battle, another cat's scent began to wrath around the cats. To the SoulClan cats, this smell was sweet and welcoming. To the DeathClan cats, it meant the battle would even up again. Deathstrike wrinkled his nose in aggression. It was definetely a SoulClan cat- even a Soulcat's scent held a weak prosperity. But he could not define which cat it was. Who could it be? The mysterious cat's face burst into view, tight with anxiety and sea blue eyes wide with fury as she hurdled toward the cats, looking also quite grim. Deathstrike narrowed his piercing green eyes at the she-cat, happy that it was her. This cat was a major DeathClan target because of her long-forgotten reincarnation. One and only Joysong, hunting when she heard a body crash against a tree, and battle yowls. She'd dropped the fat prey she had been carrying and dashed with every ounce of speed she could muster. The golden brown tom yowled a challenge and leaped at her, claws outstretched. But this ginger tabby was fast. She whipped to the side, hoping he'd crash and knock out in his airways so she'd have some kind of advantage. But Deathstrike had fixed his jump in such a way he had the ability to change the fall into a roll. Joysong gritted her teeth. This was going to be hard. Deathstrike leaped again, and this time Joysong switched to the offensive side. She jumped into the air, twisting so she landed on his back. Sparing to mercy or time, she allowed her claws to sink far enough so Deathstrike was yowling and trying to shake her off. She gave him a vicious bite to the shoulder, and he screeched again. How could he get her off? A trick came into his mind. He sank too the ground, pretending to look exhausted and defeated. Joysong was confused now. Deathstrike's fur was unruffled when she came; how could he be so tired? In her moment's hesitation, Deathstrike screamed victory and thrusted her off and pinned her down, and bent his head to inflict a killing bite to the throat. For a half-heartbeat Joysong shut her eyes and prepared to meet StarClan when an idea hit her. She blinked her eyes open again, and just when it seemed her life was over, she wriggled one paw free. That made Deathstrike freeze, though he recovered quickly and thrust his teeth down again. Now or never!, the ginger warrior thought, and hit her exposed paw to his head, claws unsheathed. That blow pushed him off her, and she kicked her hind claws and legs into his belly, alight with fury. Somewhere in the midst of anger she was feeling was a warm glow of satisfication knowing she'd just saved her own life when it seemed there was no hope whatsoever. -------- Word Count? 715 Muse Level? Stormheart smashed into one of the many trees, and was dazed for a second as she managed to stand up. Then, realizing what had happened, she growled at Fangscar, charging at him and smashing him in his head with her own. Again, Stormheart became dazed, but she quickly shook it off, sinking her claws deeply into his shoulder, ripping them down his side. Stormheart turned for a second to see Joysong and Deathstrike fighting; Deathstrike had almost killed Joysong, but she'd quickly evaded the attack. Seeing that Joysong seemed to be fine, for now, at least, Stormheart turned back to Fangscar, sinking her teeth in the back of his neck. When Fangscar tried to shake her off her teeth would stay latched on, tearing through his flesh. Stormheart jumped back again, prepared for whatever attack Fangscar was going to use.

Fangscar rolled on his back, his underbelly unprotected. He used it as bait to lure Stormheart over. Just as she was about to rake her claws down it, he surged forward, knocking her over and landing on top of her. He stuck a heavy paw on her throat." Just you wait." he growled through his teeth.
Firefang glared down at Raine. With the sticks in her fur, she must've been in alot of pain, but he could care less. He looked to his right to see Deathstrike and Joysong. Grrr...Joysong. Miss goodie goodie. the thought made him pin his ears back and growl. He'd always hated her. He turned back to Raine." One more movement and I might just shove this stick in your throat."

Stormheart turned her head upwards, blocking her airway as she bit deep into his paw, forcing him to let go. While he was distracted and whining about his paw Stormheart raked her claws along his back. Then she raked them deeply across his forehead and nose, before swiping her paws again at his legs, causing him to fall. With the couple of seconds she had, she pinned him down, blocking all four of his legs. She then put her free paw on his throat, claws unsheathed. If he squirmed, he was dead. Using her other free paw Stormheart scratched him deeply from his chest to his belly, hissing. He yowled once, and she smiled at this sound. He was at her mercy now.

Fangscar knew his way around. He leaned his head back, giving her a perfect shot at the throat. He flicked his tail, feeling her haunches. He suddenly surged up. Right away, he knew that paw would hit him. He turned in the air, blocking her with his shoulder. She was very powerful but he had quite a few tricks up his sleeve.
As he turned to land, he kicked out, making a long incision across her face. Fangscar landed lightly beside her, his eyes glowing." Quite a tuff one, you are. Nice speed. Real clever. Quite a formitable foe." Fangscar rasped.

Deathstrike let out another earsplitting yowl as he crashed to the ground, winded. The golden tom sprang up immediently, energized. Gritting his teeth, he leaped at Joysong, again, and raked thorn-sharp claws against the side of her soft ginger head. Her blood splattered the ground, but as Deathstrike followed the trail of warm blood he saw that there was his own as well. He'd better finish of this mousebrained, softhearted, weak idiot before he weakened. Little did he know that the slender ginger tabby of an opponent had a trick up her fur.
When he pounced again, Joysong dived under his leap, knocking his front paws off balance with her muzzle, with a rollover that was smooth as honey. Deathstrike clenched his teeth. What was she up to? When he lost his balance and nearly toppled over, Joysong used this advantage to pierce his side with as much strength as she dared, her sharp, ready claws drawing blood that dripped off his golden brown pelt. After all, Thornclaw always told me to never put too much energy behind one blow, correct? The thought of her former mentor pushed a bit of curiousity into her mind. But she had no time right now to wonder about the grief-striken tom. She reared up for another blow, this time attempting an aim for his exposed belly as Deathstrike tried to regain his balance. Whipping to one side, the DeathClan warrior angrily fastened his teeth into her scruff and shook her. Joysong hung like a deadweight, hoping this trick also fooled the sturdy proud tom.
Her hopes were dashed as Deathstrike let out a yowl of triumph and pinned her down, an odd, manic gleam in his green eyes. Once more he tried to finish her life. Ocean blue eyes shut, she attempted the only thing that might save her own life. Joysong instinctively twisted her head ans sank teeth into Deathstrike's black paw, a firm grasp on it as she fought with every ounce of hope she could think of. The golden brown tom leaped back, and Joysong went with him as her hold was strong. Trying to shake her off, he practically danced around, and flung her body against a tree, hoping for the sharp crack of bones breaking. He momentarily closed his eyes and waited, hopes rising. Had he cut off her life once and for all?
The crack never came. Deathstrike opened his eyes to find she was winded. Leaping up, Joysong narrowed her eyes at him and saw Firefang there, looking at her with sheer hatred in his dark blue eyes. Snarling, she was about to leap at him when she also caught sight of Fangscar battling Stormheart. When Fangscar cut off Stormheart's airways, Joysong stalked up as if stalking prey and pulled Fangscar off with one swift movement and pinned him down with sharp claws, raking them down his side first. "Dont. Mess. With. My. Clan." The words were hissed icily.

Fangscar shoved Joysong off. "HEY!! It was YOUR clanmate that started this. Just coming in and attacking us for no reason? Pah!" he snarled, spitting out a chunk of fur. Suddenly, Fangscar got a crazy idea. He grabbed both their scruffs and shoved them together, making Joysong and Stormheart knock heads. They hit so hard, he swore that he heard a "Clink".
Fangscar took ahold of the lighter cat (Joysong) and flung her at the other (Stormheart). They flew against the tree and he snickered as Joysong had basically pinned Stormheart against the tree. Her claws were deep in the bark and Stormheart lay between the her body and the bark.

Stormheart snarled once, ducking under Joysong and racing at Fangscar, barreling into his head with her own, like she'd done before. This time, though, she stuck her claws into either side of his neck, pinning him down this way. She could kill him right now if she wanted to, and, though she did want to, she wouldn't. She sheathed her claws, and then unsheathed them again, scratching him deeply across his eyes, making him yowl and stand back. She wondered for a second if she had permanently blinded him; did it really matter? Right now he couldn't see, and she had a great opening. Stormheart lept at him, throwing him by his scruff into one of the trees, and swiped her claws again across his exposed belly. Turning back to Joysong and walking over to her, she asked: "Are you okay?"

Joysong lay winded for a moment; then she sprang back up and watched Fangscar and Stormheart fight for a few heartbeats, and when Stormheart walked over and asked, Are you okay?, she replied, her voice having a hoarse prosperity, "I'm fine. Now let's teach these DeathClan idiots a lesson!" She sprang up, reenergized, and flung herself at Fangscar with all the anger she'd ever felt in her life, and grabbed his head with two paws and thrusted the older cat sideways so he was knocked off his paws, and slowly scored her claws against his side with plenty strength, enough so that he was yowling in pain. Narrowing her eyes in fierce concentration, oblivious to the battle that raged around her, she focused on her opponent and thought hard of a trick she could muster. When Fangscar fell, Joysong pinned him to the ground so he could get up, face-down, and thrusted his muzzle into the dirt, and inflicted a vicious bite to the shoulder, and, as an afterthought, used her teeth to yank out some fur from his silver-gray head. The pale ginger tabby, ocean blue eyes blazing with the light of war, sank her hind claws into Fangscar's back and left them piercing him while she worked with her teeth, giving the DeathClan warrior more bites on his shoulders and upper back. Just when she took out one hind paw from his back, and bent it and used her joint to slam into his back, another cat came to Fangscar's rescue, pinning her against the tree where Fangscar had flung her before.
The "hero" was Deathstrike. For the third time, his head was bent in trying to use his teeth to end Joysong's life, once and for all. Joysong could see no way in escaping. Finally, just when Deathstrike meowed, his head less than half a tail-length from her throat, "Say hello to StarClan for me, Soulcat!", an idea flashed. She lifted her head gently, enough so there was room for her shoulders, she flexed them sideways and rammed them into his head. "Only after you!" she retorted along with the blow, a satisified grin on her face and an odd glint in her eyes.

Stormheart snarled, smashing into Deathstrike with every ounce of her strength, sending him flying away from Joysong. She then ran at him while he was still dazed, slashing him along one side of his face, green eyes blazing in anger. He'd tried to kill Joysong again, and for that he would pay. She ripped her teeth into his back, using her hind legs to hook around him and reach his belly, and her remaining front legs to scratch along his other side vertically, ripping at anywhere she could. After a few moments of this she stood back, smiling at what she'd done; he was bleeding from numerous bites and scratch marks in his body.
Nightpaw hurried over to Deathstrike, helping him to the herbs. He was in bad shape; going up against two SoulClan warriors wasn't the greatest idea, even for a strong, experienced warrior like him. When they reached the side Nightpaw took out some more Marigold and chewed it, placing it in his wounds before taking out some cobwebs to hold it all in. "I think you should sit out for the rest of the fight," she suggested.

Deathstrike began to growl, but then sighed and mewed, "You know best, Nightpaw." He backed away and sat down and washed his wounds, careful not to remove any of the cobwebs or marigold. He narrowed his eyes threateningly at Joysong when she passed by him to leap at Fangscar, and wanted so badly to claw her sight out when she spat at him. The golden brown tabby tom clasped her tail in his claws, hoping Sandheart would have to cut it off with a sharp twig. Deathstrike bit into her tail, snarling and triumphant. Yet Joysong would not let her ginger-and-white tail go in vain. She whipped around, blue eyes blazing with anger and daring him to make another move. He smiled and bit harder, and that was the end of that. Allowing him no mercy, Joysong screeched and clawed his face, at one point allowing them to slowly score along his eyes. With this infliction, she allowed it lesser, sparing the wounded tom's sight a little regretfully. Finally she left him to draw a newly licked paw over his injured face, and sprang at Fangscar. She didn't care how much she was wounded, and her tail still stung from Deathstrike's attempt to bite it off. Before she could pour any more puddles of DeathClan blood like she so badly wanted to, she dropped to the ground, head spinning where a certain black paw had struck it hard.
When the ginger tabby gyrated around, she saw Deathstrike smile demonicly at her and hold up a paw that was dripping with her own blood. She bared her teeth in a long hiss, then decided she didn't have time to deal with idiots who didn't know when to back off. Irritated, she spun back around and pinned Fangscar to the ground, so he could not get up. After an afterthought, she quickly gave him a vicious bit to the shoulder and while he was screeching in pain, the ginger cat swiftly lifted a paw and slammed a joint into Firefang's head, who was nearby trying to sneak up on Stormheart. Smiling at her success, she turned her attention and concentration to Fangscar, holding down his haunches with her hind legs and using her front ones to claw his back hard. An idea flashed in her mind, and she nearly grinned at the thought of the effect it would make... if it worked. Working quickly, she flipped Fangscar, ramming him down into the ground so his belly was exposed, and raked sharp claws down it, drawing plenty blood.

(Damn, I thought I was screwed. I'm not done yet though! )((Btw, dont RP Firefang plz. Hes still over by Raine XD) Fangscar gathered up strength and lifted his haunches up fast, flinging Joysong over by a tree. He stood up lopsided and stared angrily at Deathstrike." You call yourself a Deathclan warrior? I've taken more scarring wounds for thins clan than you will in your whole life!" he spat." You hardly battled for 5 mins and you sit out! Ha, I'm probably half way to my grave and slowly getting closer and you, sit out after a couple bruises? I had my eyes scratched! Never see perfectly again! You should be ashamed!"

Nightpaw flicked her tail angrily and walked over to Fangscar and Deathstrike, her green eyes piercing. "Fangscar, just because Deathstrike was taking care of his wounds under my orders does not make him weak. If you want to kill yourself in one fight be my guest; you're pretty stupid to do so. Besides, you should sit out now. Deathstrike, your wounds are fine for the moment; continue fighting." Nightpaw padded away, turning her head over her shoulder to see Fangscar still sitting there. "Come on," she hissed angrily to him, dissapearing into one of the many surrounding bushes.
